SNL Financial: As a member of the Product Operations Team, the Analyst will be accountable for SNL Financial’s Research and Product Operations Group, including Client Support, Content Research, Operations & Testing within a specified industry sector or a cross-industry group to accelerate the quality and timeliness of SNL’s data, increase support standards, improve operational efficiency to reduce error rates, improve support survey scores to help maintain retention rates and drive revenue increases.



Specific Accountabilities For This Position Are As Follows
    • Providing the highest level of product support to SNL Financial’s client base
    • Lead user acceptance testing efforts within area of focus to ensure that SNL Financial’s products meet the highest standard for client experience
    • Contributing research & analysis or providing research & analysis support to senior analysts
    • Managing the operations of print products (as applicable)
    • Participating in special projects that enhance SNL Financial’s operational excellence by reducing deficiencies and removing inefficiencies
To Effectively Accomplish These, Responsibilities Will Include
    • Answering in bound phone calls, emails and other communication from clients as they relate to client support
    • Consistently make proactive suggestions in regards to product usability, presentation, and data quality
    • Partner with product teams on the timely and thorough testing of SNL Financial’s products, with an eye toward the client experience
    • Exercise independent judgment during managing various projects
    • Working with senior analysts on projects assigned by managers
    • Partner with Account Managers and Sales teams on training opportunities and client demonstrations
Qualification:
Incumbent must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or with relevant work experience.
